Orders under $99.99 are charged a flat rate of $7.95 for shipping.

Orders over $100 are shipped for free.

Orders are processed and shipped in 2-3 business days and generally take 8-12 days after they have been shipped to get to your mailbox.  Other shipping factors can cause delay.

Tracking info will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.  If you did not receive tracking please reach out to us.

Due to the complex logistics and in an effort to maintain competitive pricing, items available on our site some items ship from the US and some from our trusted international suppliers.  Items may also be received in multiple packages.

Because most of our items ship directly from our international suppliers, buyers are responsible for return shipping to the original warehouse location, which could be overseas and costly.
